About The Los Angeles Galaxy:
The Los Angeles Galaxy were formed in 1995 out of Carson California and became one of the sixteen teams to now comprise the 1993 founded Major League Soccer. It ranks second in awards to the D.C. I have been a Los Angeles Galaxy fan since before I moved to the city last year. I was aware of the MLS since its inception and became a Galaxy follower years after MLS play began. Having followed the Galaxy for years, I understand where the name came from.
